ADMINISTRATION

Before your child registers with us we do require you to fill in the registration form and medical consent form that are attached with this prospectus. We require a £10.00 registration fee to put your child on our waiting list/register before they start.

FEES

Fees are	£16.00	Per session (morning or afternoon)
	£32.00	Per day
Or	£3.50	per hour

We welcome children who are receiving working families tax credit and we offer free funded places to all children from the start of the term after their third birthday, for further information on any of these please contact the manager.                     

Payment of fees

Fees are charged four weekly in advance, but may be paid on a weekly basis if prior arrangements are made with the manager.  At the beginning of each four week period you will be invoiced, if you fail to pay the 1st invoice within two weeks, a 2nd invoice (a red one marked urgent) will be issued with a warning that if arrangements for paying the fees are not made immediately your child’s place at nursery may be at risk. If we need to issue a 3rd invoice we will start to make arrangements for the debt to be collected by an outside agency and cancel your child’s place with immediate effect.

Notice

Two weeks notice in writing must be received to terminate your child’s place, otherwise fees will be charged in lieu. (You will need to fill out a child exit form available from the manager) if your child needs to leave nursery before the two weeks, you will still be billed until the end of this notice period.

Extra charges

Parents will be charged for nappies used by the nursery.

Fees will still be charged when:
The child is off sick. (Unless it is for a period in excess of 2 weeks and a doctor’s certificate can be produced.)
The child is on holiday.

Fees will not be charged when:
The nursery is closed.
During a Bank Holiday.
During nursery breaks.
